The app
MesoLab helps you plan and log hypertrophy training. It is not medical advice; train within your limits. Its default volume landmarks follow Renaissance Periodization's published guidelines. MesoLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by Renaissance Periodization.
MesoLab Pro subscription
New users get full access free for 7 days through the store's free trial; after that a subscription is needed to plan and log workouts (your existing plans, history and exports stay available). Single costs £9.99 a month or £59.99 a year. Family plans for up to 5 people, on iPhone and Android, are coming soon. Payment is taken by the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) when the trial ends and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policy.
